Montreal, may 5, 2026 - ANGUS Capital is pleased to announce the appointment of Olivier Charron as Partner, a strategic addition for the firm’s transaction activities.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in financing, Olivier has developed a strong expertise in transactions, including with private equity firms. Throughout his career, he has advised and supported many entrepreneurs growing their companies, building a solid business network along the way. He is known for his rigour and great attention to detail.

Drawing on a nearly 20-year working relationship with ANGUS’s co-founders, Olivier will play a key role in achieving the objectives of ANGUS Fund II.
